i am mad, pissed off and so wanting to scream my throat dry. Someone out there thinks i am there to help them out everytime they need help..like it is some sort of duty or obligation. Like i have nothing better to do with my life than be by their side & look pretty everytime they call..keep away when am not needed, and take in all their bullshit. I break my back for them and in return they leave me not only humiliated but also hurt.

1.I am not an article of decoration..to look good and smile when needed.
2.I am not obliged to do the things i do, it is out of friendship that i do them.Do Not take me for granted!!
3.I am not asking for flowers and a thankyou card..a simple gesture of appreciation -’thankyou’- would be nice, afterall-i would have chosen to be in my bed,reading a great book and sipping fine wine!
4.I am who i am..you don’t like it? take a walk! don’t try and change me.
5.The only people who deserve my undying love is my family..you and everyone else who wants me to claim it to them can go suck a lemon.
6.Rules are there to be broken..keep your rules to yourself, am def. gonna break them.
7.I thought being your friend was awesome..right until i woke up on Monday with a bleeding heart!

Darfur has been embroiled in a deadly conflict for over three years. At least 400,000 people have been killed; more than 2 million innocent civilians have been forced to flee their homes and now live in displaced-persons camps in Sudan or in refugee camps in neighboring Chad; and more than 3.5 million men, women, and children are completely reliant on international aid for survival. Not since the Rwandan genocide of 1994 has the world seen such a calculated campaign of displacement, starvation, rape, and mass slaughter.
I keep wondering what the world is doing for Darfour..it’s always the usual promises from leading countries and not much action,but the important question is what are you and i doing for them?? For one, we can create worldwide awareness-tell others about it, most people have not the slitest clue about whats really going on there, except what they see on TV..then we can pray!
